Pumpkin Cream Cheese Pie

1 9" deep dish pie crust

For cream cheese layer

250g cream cheese

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Set aside.

For pumpkin layer

19oz can pumpkin pie filling

1/3 cup cream or evaporated milk

1 large egg

Mix together well.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.

Spread cream cheese mixture in pie shell. The spread pumpkin pie mixture over top.

Bake 50-60 minutes. Remove, cool and serve.
