The Orchard

Ingredients 

 - 2oz Empress 1908 Gin

 - ½oz Sweet Vermouth

 - ¾oz Lemon Juice

 - ¾oz Rosemary Thyme Syrup

 - 2oz Dry Apple Cider (to top)

 

Directions 

Shake ingredients on ice and strain into a chilled collins glass.

Top with cider, and garnish with thyme or rosemary and lemon wheel.
