Baked Dijon Salmon

¼ cup butter, melted 

3 tbsp Dijon mustard 

1 ½ tbsp honey 

¼ cup dry bread crumbs 

¼ cup finely chopped pecans 

4 tsp chopped fresh parsley 

4 oz fillet salmon 

1 lemon for garnish 

Preheat oven to 400.

Stir butter, mustard and honey – set aside.

In another bowl, stir together bread crumbs, pecans and parsley.

Brush each fillet with honey/mustard mix, sprinkle and top with bread crumb mix.

Bake 12-15 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and garnish with lemon.
