Mum's Yorkshire Pudding

1 cup sifted flour

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup milk

3 eggs

vegetable oil

Mix milk, flour and then the eggs.  Beat for about 2 minutes. Refrigerate 20 minutes to chill.

Preheat oven to 425. Using a muffin tin, add enough vegetable oil to coat each of the cups.  Put pan in heated oven until it starts to smoke.  Pull out and put pudding mixture in the cups.

Drop oven to 375 and bake for 50 minutes. Serve.
