Fake Chicken with Mushroom Sauce

1 lb of fake chicken or tofu

Sauce:

1/2 tsp salt

Fresh ground pepper

2 tbsp butter

1 lb mushrooms, mixed and sliced

1 tsp thyme

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp flour

1 cup milk

1/4 cup chopped parsley

Melt butter in skillet. Add mushrooms and saute for 8-10 minutes. Add thyme, garlic, Worcestershire, flour and milk.  Bring to a boil. Add parsley and serve over chicken.
