Gnocchi with Crab-Stuffed Prawns

For prawns: 

1 lb crab meat

¼ cup bread crumbs 

lemon zest of one lemon,

½ egg yolk 

¼ tsp truffle oil 

1 lb prawn

Mix all things above and stuff prawns with mixture. 

Wrap prawns with prosciutto and bake for 10 minutes at 400. 

Gnocchi 

1/2 lb butter

1 lb gnocchi

Brown butter (just put butter in a pan and cook until it starts to turn brown) – use real butter with salt. 

Add gnocchi and sauté in butter.

Serve prawns over gnocchi.
