Serves 3
350g veggie ground
1 can refried beans
1 package of taco seasoning
1 package of burrito seasoning
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
1 tomato, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1 lime
For Serving
Sour cream
guacamole or avocado
Salsa
Shredded cheddar cheese
black olives
jalapenos - pickled or fresh
tortilla chips
In a pan, sauté veggie ground and add taco seasoning as per the instructions.
In a saucepan, add refried beans, a bit of water and add the package of burrito seasoning. Bring to a simmer.
To serve: add shredded lettuce, the veggie ground and refried beans on top and then add all other ingredients and squeeze some lime juice over top.
