Serves 3
1lb baby bok choy, halved lengthwise
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp minced ginger
1 tbps soy sauce
2 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp chili garlic sauce
2 tsp honey or maple syrup
toasted sesame seeds
green onions, for garnish
Heat sesame oil in pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds. Add bok choy laying on its side - cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes. Flip and do the same to the other side.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, garlic sauce and honey/maple syrup. Pour over bok choy, mix in and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Serve and sprinkle sesame and green onions.
