Chris's Chopped Salad

15-20 brussel sprouts, chopped

5 celery ribs, chopped

10-15 mini carrots, chopped

1/2 red cabbage, chopped

one can of chick peas, drained

1 cup quinoa, then cook it

red or orange pepper, chopped

Mix in sriracha, vinegar and MSG sauce in proportions that you prefer.
