Japanese Sesame Sauce for Stir-fry

Serve over stir-fry when completed.

3.0oz soy sauce (MUST Be Kikkomans)

3.0oz vegetable oil

1.0oz onion, chopped 

1.0oz sesame seeds (MUST be lightly toasted in pan first) 

1 egg, YOLK only 

¼ oz minced garlic (careful on this, don't add extra) 

½ tbsp Dijon mustard

Add all ingredients to blender or food processor, blend until smooth.
