Peach French Toast Bake

Serves 6 

Prep: 15 minutes PLUS overnight refrigeration 

Bake: 40 minutes 

1 large bagette 

5 large eggs 

1 cup fat free milk 

1 tsp vanilla 

5 cups sliced peaches 

2 tbsp brown sugar 

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 

Coat 13 x 9 baking pan with non-stick spray. Cut bagette into ½ inch slices and arrange in a single layer in the pan. 

In bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla. Pour over bread. Scatter peaches over bread. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. 

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate over night.

Preheat oven to 350. Bake uncovered 40 minutes or until slightly puffed and bread is golden brown.
