Japanese Salad Dressing

3.0oz soy sauce (MUST Be Kikkomans) 

6.0oz vegetable oil

3.0oz vinegar 

Half a macintosh apple, pealed and chopped roughly

½ oz minced garlic 

½ tsp Dijon mustard 

½ tsp salt 

drop of Tabasco 

Pinch of pepper

Add all ingredients to blender or food processor, mix until smooth. Refrigerate for an hour before using.  Keeps about a week.
