Eye Candy Cocktail

Ingredients

3 slices ginger root

1 sprig mint (fresh)

1/2 ounce simple syrup

1 1/2 ounces gin (Bombay Dry Gin)

1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur (St. Germain)

1/2 ounce lemon juice

Garnish: mint sprig


Directions

Gather the ingredients.

In a cocktail shaker, muddle a few slices of ginger, mint leaves, and simple syrup.

Add the liquors and juice and fill with ice. Shake well.

Add a splash of club soda and garnish with a sprig of mint.

Serve and enjoy!
