Azalea

Ingredients

2 oz vodka (or gin)

2 oz pineapple

1 oz lemon juice

1 Tbsp grenadine


Directions 

Pour good vodka (or gin if you prefer), pineapple juice, lemon juice (not lemonade) and grenadine into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.


Shake until chilled then pour through a strainer into a Collins glass filled halfway with rocks.


A lemon garnish on your Azalea is lovely. Just don’t use actual azalea leaves — they’re highly toxic.
