Makes 10 wraps
Filling
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ cup Vidalia or sweet onion chopped
680 grams ground beef
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1 cup iceberg lettuce chopped or shredded
1 small tomato chopped
13 12-inch flour tortillas (3 cut into quarters)
4 tostada shells or tortilla chips to cover
½ cup sour cream
1 cup nacho cheese (Taco Bell's is good)
1 red onion, sliced
In a pan add olive oil and the sweet onions. Cook on a medium heat until onions are translucent. Then add in the ground beef and taco seasoning. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Heat oven to 350.
To make the wrap, place one tortilla and place a few spoonfuls of the meat in the middle, top with nacho cheese, tomates, lettuce and nachos. Then place one of the quartered tortillas on top, folding the main tortilla in on top of the quartered one. Flip and place on a baking sheet. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Bake in oven for 10 minutes, then broil until browning on top.
Servce with sour cream and sliced red onion.
