Serves 2 - makes a great "main" to serve with sides
1 block extra firm tofu, dry off, cubed into 1/2 inch cubes
3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp onion powder
Combine marinade into a container. Add cubed tofu and mix.
Let sit for a minimum of 2 hours, mixing every now and then.
Add about 1 tbsp oil to a pan, scoop out tofu from marinade using slotted spoon and place in hot pan. Sauté until browned and serve.
