Thai Beef Salad #2

Serves 2

400g sliced sirloin beef

300g sliced cucumber, matchsticks

300g sliced celery, on a diagonal

100g yellow onion, sliced

1 fresh red chili, chopped

1.5 tbsp fish sauce

2.5 tbsp lime juice

1/2 tbsp sugar

coriander for garnish (about 1/2 cup)

mint leaves for garnish (about 1/4 cup)

Stir-fry beef, add to a bowl.  Add remaining vegetables.  Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl, mix well.  Add garnish and serve.
