Looks like we might have to change our plans a little today - initially, we were hoping to do a cable car ride up to the top of one of the local mountains - Mount Mansfield. However, there's a cold front passing over us at the moment and, well...

That's rain by the way.

In the end we decided to travel to Burlington, west of Stowe. There is a chocolate factory there which we visited for a short tour. They also has some remarkable sculptures made entirely out of chocolate.

Of course there was lots to buy, so we picked up some stuff - I've got a few bits for work :)

From there we moved on to the main town itself and had a look around the shops and the mall in the town centre. As we left is was still raining a little. We diverted to the nearest covered bridge - these bridges are dotted throughout New England and are a photo opportunity that most visitors will grab when they can.
