Monday October 22nd
Today we plan to head over for a day to Naples. We've been there before a few years ago.

Phew, that was a long day. We drive the hour or so South to Naples. On our way there, we passed a familiar road

It's not a massive Zoo, but it's very well landscaped and with the temperature still being in the mid to upper 80s it took us a couple of hours to wander around the exhibits and see one of their shows at 3pm.
Once we left, we literally crossed over the road to another zoo - this one it called a Mall. Here we spent another couple of hours, wandering around looking at the shops. We even stopped off at the Cheesecake Factory there for something to eat.
Linda ordered something called 'Chicken Littles' and was horrified by the size of the plate that was brought up. There's no way anyone was going to finished off a dinner this size.
I had the Orange Chicken and that was a much more manageable size.
We had thought of having dessert - but the dinner portions meant we were both full at the end of the main meal. So we've brought a couple of slices home to have tomorrow instead.
It was another long drive home - mostly in the dark too. It's pretty hairy going over some of those high bridges especially when you cannot see anything to your side as it's just black water. Still we've arrived in one peace and Linda already keeled over on the sofa fast asleep.
