Normal Service is Resumed

After two years, we're returning to Anna Maria Island.

The original holiday we'd planned in 2020 was cancelled and we finally used the credit we had help over to (part) pay for the accommodation this time around. The sad thing (aside from the cost hike) was that our usual apartment (number 27) was unavailable. Instead we've managed to get to book number 17, directly underneath.

Plus this month sees our 30th wedding anniversary on the 12th!

Other costs have gone through the roof as well - car hire is three times the cost we've paid before. All down to the cost of living increases post Covid and the events in Ukraine.

Still, flights are booked, car is hired and check-in day is fast approaching!
