Monday 12th
The humidity has dropped off a lot now, it's a lot more comfortable. There's still a low pressure nearby which means there will still be some cloud about today, but with forecasts for 89'F it's not too bad!
I'd had my DSLR running for the last 36 hours, here's Sunday from our balcony.

Linda booked us onto a boat trip around Sarasota Bay. We were only a short trip from the dock, so after lunch we drove down to Bridge Street (the historical part of Anna Maria) and did the short walk to the dock.
We've done this trip before, but it seems that this time the boat was having some engine issues and as a result we didn't get out into the Gulf properly, we just stayed in the bay itself. Still, we did get to see some dolphins.
We also got a photo of ourselves together.
Once back off the boat, we walked along the shopping area where they sell nick-knacks and t-shirts. I actually got myself a couple for a change.
That doesn't happen very often!

Tonight's dinner was a nice steak at the Outback restaurant on Cortez Road.
