The flight took off at exactly 20:15 US time, about 45 minutes later than scheduled.
It was another full flight of 450 people with 16 crew as well.
As it was a night flight, I tried to get some sleep as soon as I could, I think I was able to get off for a couple of hours as by the time I awoke, it was already 5am UK time (the clocks went back as well today).
We landed at 8am.
Again we were near the door so we were one of the first off the plane. There was nobody in the immigration area at that time of the morning, so straight through there too. Bags were already going around the carousel by the time we'd got over there, so we were on the road within 30 minutes of landing!
Home along the M25 which looked very nice in its autumnal colours.
Indoors by 10:35am! On unpacking, we found a note from the TSA saying they'd opened one of our cases (oddly not the one with the remaining coffee in it as happened last time). Nothing appears to be missing - although we did lost one of the locks on the case which was opened. Odd.
