Friday 17th October
We drove back to the northern beach on the island, the same place we were at yesterday.
We were the only ones on the beach at that time, but the fishermen were already out on the pier or in their boats.
Sunrise was at 7:30am so we didn't have long to wait.
Once the sun had got up, we drove over to the Perkins off-island for a breakfast.
Then back to the apartment.
We rattled about in the apartment for a while before we headed back down to the beach in the afternoon. It was another clear blue-sky day and thankfully the wind has dropped too. Before when you looked down the beach you could see a mist over the ends of the sand, that was all sand blown up by the wind. thankfully that had all cleared today.
Unfortunately, most of the photos are too gross to view, so here's one with a fortunate blob of water on the lens!
