Choose a fun song that you love to sing and / or dance to and play it from start to finish.
(Make sure you ask first before you turn that volume up!)
Sing, dance, jump, bounce, move, wiggle, spin or strut!
Ask someone at home to join in, or perform for a pet!
ACTIVITY 1
Being grateful means being thankful for the things we have.
Watch the #DISMOMENT video. The video talks about being grateful.
Think about things at home that you are grateful/thankful for.
Film yourself pointing out things in the house you are grateful for and say DIS, or take photos if you prefer.
Once you have all the videos or photos, use them to create a #DISMOMENT iMovie or Clip
*Submit your iMovie or Clip to Google Classroom.*
ACTIVITY 2
READ this poster about 'Things I Am Grateful For'.
While you are reading, THINK about all the different things you are grateful for in your life.
Choose three or four sentence starters that you felt strongly about while you were thinking.
WRITE them down quickly in your English book and finish each sentence.
If you like, you can also explain why you are grateful for those things.
SHARE the things you are grateful for in any way that you choose.
I encourage you to be creative, and maybe even include the thing you are grateful for in a video or collage.
You could get someone to interview you, write a card, make a phone call, give a hug, create a Pic Collage, design a whiteboard animation or a stop motion, create a video tour or virtual walking tour.
*Submit whatever you decide to create to Google Classroom.*
