We would just love to hear your creative words that you’ve come up with. Film yourself reading your Haiku and upload it for your teacher to check out!

WATCH THE VIDEO FIRST WHICH INTRODUCES THE LESSON AND EXPLAINS WHAT TO DO.
You will need:
Worksheets: Match my Time Owls and strips
STEPS:
Colour in an owl card (there are two cards per page). You can laminate the card if you choose.
Carefully cut along the dotted lines on each owl.
Cut out the matching Digital A and Analogue A fact strips (keep it as a strip)
Thread the Digital A strip from behind through the two slits on the left owl so that a fact appears on the owl’s front.
Thread the matching Analogue A strip in the same way through the two slits on the right owl.
Glue the ends of each strip to create a continuous circular band.
Find the match for each fact by pulling the strips through until a match is found.
You could also try Digital B and Analogue B strips which are mixed hour and half hour times.
Third variation: You can make your own times on the blank strips.
