Learning intention: I can explore my resources for Reading
Success criteria: I have logged on to Reading Eggspress and explored the Library section
Log on to Reading Eggspress and go to the Library. Below there is a picture of where to find it. Click on Library, and then Find A Book.
2. Click on Life Sciences and Non-fiction books. Below you can see these circled if you are not sure. You can see straight away a book about Marsupials comes up. Click on the arrows at the bottom of the page to see more books on Australian Animals.
.3. Find books about Australian Animals to read. This might help you choose which animal you will write your information report about in a few weeks’ time. Alternatively, your mum or dad might have access to the Geelong Library online to explore or help you find read aloud stories on You Tube.

Success criteria: I can write a journal entry explaining which Australian Animal I would be and what adventures I would get up to.
In your Literacy book, your Journal from last time or on lined paper write about the following:
If I were an Australian Animal, what would I be? Explain why and what you would do.
Learning intention: We can create arrays using two numbers
Success criteria: I can draw an array
Array game- use the grid pages in your Maths book to make arrays. Use two dice or flip over two playing cards. One number will be how many rows and the other will be how many columns to make. (See picture below for example) Challenge- Can you fill your whole page?
