You Will Need:
Piece of lined paper
Grey lead pencil (to write)
Coloured pencils (to illustrate)
Activity:
Do a good copy/publish the letter you wrote in yesterday's writing lesson. Remember to do your best handwriting and draw a picture or find some photos that you might be able to print off to go with your letter. Find somewhere special where you can keep your letter so one day when you are older you can reread it.

You have done your best writing and your parents have sent your teachers a copy of your letter as we may use these in the future.

Activity: Trace, and then copy, your spelling word and sentence of the week. Stick this into your spelling book and draw a picture.
Challenge: Can you find words in your reader or book that have ‘ar’ in them? Record these in your Spelling book.
