Introduction: Watch Ms Baeck read the book ‘Forest Minibeasts’.
Activity: After watching Ms Baeck take you through today’s lesson, be creative by either drawing, painting or even making a minibeasts habitat out of leaves, sticks, flowers, dirt or rocks, Be creative!
Challenge: Go for a minibeast hunt around your backyard. What minibeasts can you find? Remember, minibeasts have feelings too, and like us, don’t like to be poked and prodded

Activity: Watch Mr Keys take you through today's lesson. Today you are going to create a poster about your favourite teen number. On your poster you must include:
The written number
The number in words
Show the number in a ten and ones bundle.
Write the number that comes one before your number.
Write the number that comes one after your number.
Write an addition number sentence that shows the total of your number.
Draw that many items on your poster.
Show your number on a number line.
You will know you are finished when…. have answered all the questions about your number on your poster. Take a photo and upload it to your class folder.
Challenge: Choose any two or three digit number to complete the poster.
