Activity:
Today a family member will test your understanding of the graph /s/ making the sound 'zh' as in treasure.
Have a final look over your spelling words
Ask a family member to read each of the words aloud and put them in a sentence.
Once your have completed the test, look at the spelling list and correct your spelling words.
Correctly write any words you spelled incorrectly next to the word in the list then add to the BOB page at the back of your spelling book. These words can be used as BOB words in next weeks spelling list.

Success Criteria: I will be successful if I can find different coin combinations that when added together make the same total.
Tuning In: Complete some coin rubbings to get to know the shape and pictures of each of the Australian coins. Order the coins from the smallest in value to the coin with the highest value.
Activity: I have $3.75 in my purse. Please record as many different ways as you can to make the amount $3.75. Draw pictures, write sums, use coin rubbings, any way to show what coins add up to $3.75. Show us more than 3 ways if you can!
Extra challenge: I have $25.50 in my wallet. Show 5 ways to make this amount.
Two of the ways cannot include any notes and one of the ways cannot include 50 cents!
