Hi parents! Here we go again, REMOTE LEARNING 2.0! Together we have got this. If your child is feeling a little unsure about starting remote learning again, here is a beautiful and heartfelt picture story book 'Windows'. It is a great book to watch together and promote conversations about how things are a little different at the moment.

Activity: Today we are getting organised for reading. Here is a reading checklist.
. Put all your readers together in one place.
. Find your Magic Word cards you made last time or create a new set of Magic Words linked to the colour you are on.
. Logon to Reading Eggs to check it works. Email your teachers if you have forgotten your login details. Remember these are in your diary.

MATHS
MATHS
Learning Intention: We are learning to prepare and organise ourselves for learning maths at home.
Success Criteria: I can create a Maths box
Focus: Maths is everywhere
Activity: Today you are going to let your child explore the house and find everything to do with Maths and create a Maths box.
Find a box. In the box put two six sided dice, 10 - 20 small objects you could use for counting (bottle lids, buttons, sticks, rocks etc, playing cards, ruler (to be used as a number line).
Children can decorate their box after they have filled it
