Fish Chowder

1 lb white fish (I used halibut from my freezer), cubed

1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled

3 cups chicken broth

4 medium potatoes, chopped and peeled

1 cup frozen corn

1/2 onion, diced

2 carrot, peeled and diced

3-4 stalks celery, chopped (I used a baggie of frozen from my freezer)

3-4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp black pepper

salt

1 cup heavy whipping cream

Parmesan cheese, grated

Add everything but whipping cream to crock pot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or until potatoes are done. Add cream 30 minutes before serving and turn up to high.

Serve with Parmesan cheese.
