Chocolate Glaze
Modified from Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
3 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 tbsp hot water
Melt chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar and hot water. Stir in additional hot water, if needed, to reach drizzling consistency. Good to use on doughnuts.
