Sausage Cheese Dip

***Needs a crockpot***

1 lb sausage

1 lb sour cream

1 lb hot pepper cheese (NOT pepper jack cheese - I had to buy this from the deli...if you get slices, cut into chunks...if you get a brick, shred it)

tortilla chips (or whatever you want to dip with)

Brown sausage and drain it.

Mix everything into a crock pot and heat until melted together - will take awhile and you need to stir periodically so it doesn't burn. You could also do this on the stovetop to melt and then put it in the crockpot just to stay warm as you serve.
