9 whole graham crackers

1 3/4 cups dry roasted peanuts

2 tbsp sugar

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1/2 tsp vanilla

dash of salt

Line a 9 inch square baking pan with parchment. Place graham crackers and peanuts in food processor and pulse until just ground. Add sugar and process 10 more seconds. Now this just BARELY fit in my food processor...so at this point I moved it to another bowl, but it said to do it all in the food processor. I didn't want to chance an explosion. In either case, add the milk, vanilla and salt. Mix until dough comes together.

Press dough into prepared pan. Refrigerate, covered, for at least 4 hours (overnight is better). Then lift out of the pan and cut up into 1 inch squares.
