Philly Cheesesteak Sliders

1 large green pepper, diced

1/2 onion, diced

1/2 tbsp oil

1 pkg (12 count) slider buns

3/4 lb sliced deli roast beef

6 slices provolone cheese

6 tbsp butter

1/2 tsp onion powder

3/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Cook green pepper and onion in oil over medium high heat until tender.

Arrange bottom half of the slider buns in the bottom of a greased casserole dish. Layer with roast beef, pepper mixture and cheese. Place top of rolls.

In a saucepan, melt butter with onion and garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce. Drizzle over rolls.

Preheat oven to 350. Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes. Cover with foil, baking until cheese is melted, 10 more minutes.

Makes a dozen sliders.
