Sesame Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Modified from Taste of Home

**Needs a crock pot***

Pulled Pork

pork tenderloin (3 lb)

1 3/4 cups reduced fat sesame ginger salad dressing, divided (they used Newman's which is what I found at my grocery story as well)

1/4 cup packed brown sugar

Slaw

1 pkg (14 oz) coleslaw mix

1/2 small onion, chopped

2 tbsp cilantro (they used fresh, I used dry)

2 tbsp reduced face sesame ginger salad dressing

2 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp soy sauce

hamburger buns to serve on

Place pork in 5 quart slow cooker; add 3/4 cup salad dressing, turning to coat. Cook, covered, on low 4-5 hours or until meat is tender.

Remove pork and shred. Put back in slow cooker. Stir in brown sugar and remaining salad dressing. Cook 30-45 minutes longer or until heated through.

Combine all slaw ingredients. Serve pork on buns with slaw and, if desired, with wasabi mayonnaise (we didn't).

Serves 12.
