Beef Stroganoff

Modified from The Fix It and Forget It Cookbook

****Needs a crock pot*****

4 cups stew meat

10 3/4 oz can of cream of mushroom soup (Make sure to dilute with milk or it STINKS even if it tastes good!)

1 cup sour cream

Put beef and soup in crock put. Cook for 8 hours on low.

Before serving stir in sour cream.

Serve over cooked rice or pasta.
