Lemon Chicken with Veggies

Modified from Simple and Delicious

1 lb carrots, sliced

3 cups potatoes, diced

1 onion, diced

1 tbsp celery flakes (they used celery)

6 chicken breasts

1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup lemon juice

1 tsp parsley

1 tsp thyme

1/2 tsp pepper

1/4 tsp salt

Combine carrots, potatoes, onion. Top with chicken in 5-6 quart crock pot. Combine rest and pour over chicken and veggies. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours.

Serves 6.
