Cinnamon Applesauce Oat Bread

1/3 cup butter, melted [or coconut oil if you want]

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 cup applesauce

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup almond milk (or regular milk)

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups gluten free flour

1 cup rolled oats

3/4 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

3/4 tsp salt

2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg

Preheat to 350 and grease a loaf pan.  

In a large bowl, whisk butter and brown sugar.  Add in applesauce, vanilla and almond milk and whisk until incorporated.  Add eggs and blend in.  

To the same bowl, add your dry ingredients and stir until well combined. 

Pour into loaf pan and baking for 50-60 minutes or until cooked.
