Air Fryer Fish Tacos

Modified from tbsp

1 taco seasoning mix

2 eggs

2 tbsp water

2 cups panko bread crumbs (maybe more)

2 lbs white fish (I used halibut)

tortillas

slaw (they had one, but you can use this one as well...if you did a creamy coleslaw you can then pick the cream sauce)

cream sauce (we like this one)

Cut a round piece of parchment paper for bottom of air fryer and place in bottom.

In one bowl, place taco mix. In another mix, egg and water. In a third, place bread crumbs (I had to add more at the end). Coat fish in taco seasonings, then egg and then finally bread crumb, pressing to adhere.

Place fish on parchment. Set to 350 and cook for 8 minutes. Turn fish and then do 4 - 6 more minutes or until fish flakes (at least 145).

Serve on taco shell with sauce and slaw. We add cheese as well. You can add whatever you want.
