Chinese Salad

1 head napa or bok choy cabbage (or whatever you want)

3 green onion (same here)

1 (3 oz) pkg ramen noodles with seasoning pack

1 (6 oz) pkg slivered almonds

1 tbsp sesame seeds

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup sugar

3 tbsp white vinegar

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp ginger (I'm adding this next time)

Preheat the broiler. Tear cabbage and slice onions (or whatever you are using) and place in large bowl. Crumble noodles into a broiler pan, add almonds and sesame seeds and broil for 2 minutes. In a jar with a tight lid, combine oil, sugar, vinegar, and salt with contents of seasoning pack. Cover the jar and shake well to blend the dressing. Pour the dressing over the salad, add the toasted sesame and almond, and toss to combine.
