Shredded Chicken Tacos

Modified from The $7 A Meal Slow Cooker Cookbook

4 chicken breasts

1 tbsp chili powder

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp oregano

1 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

1 diced onion

1/2 cup chicken broth (you know me, I used bouillon cubes)

Combine spices and rub into chicken. Put into crock pot. Top with onion and broth.

Cook for 5-6 hours. Remove and shred.

Serve with taco fixings.
