Honey-Mustard Pork Chops

Modified from Quick Cooking

1 cup ginger ale or beer (I used ginger ale)

1/2 cup prepared mustard

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup oil

1 tsp salt

1 tsp rosemary

1/2 tsp parsley

1/4 tsp pepper

6 boneless pork chops

Combine first 8 ingredients in bowl and mix well. Pour 1 cup marinade into container with pork chops. Seal and refrigerate for at least one hour. Set aside 1/2 cup of remaining marinade for basting and 3/4 cup for serving. Cover and refrigerate.

Drain marinade and then grill, uncovered, over medium heat for 15 minutes or until cooked, basting with reserved 1/2 cup marinade. Serve with reserved 3/4 marinade.

Serves 6.
