Italian Mixed Vegetables

Modified Light and Tasty

1 package (24 oz) frozen California blend vegetables (yeah, yeah, the

picture is of carrots, cauliflower and broccoli so I just used a mix that had

all those things in them...you could use whatever else suited you that day)

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup Italian salad dressing

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp basil

1/8 tsp oregano

In large nonstick skillet, bring veggies and water to a boil. Cover and cook

for 10-12 minutes or until veggies are tender. Uncover; cook and stir until

liquid is reduced. Add salad dressing, salt, basil, oregano. Cook and stir

until heated through.

Makes 6 servings.
