Oven Steak Fries

Modified from Rachael Ray's 30 Minute Meals

5 russet potatoes, cut into thin wedges

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp dried thyme, eyeball it

1 tsp dried oregano, eyeball it

1 tbsp steak seasoning blend, or salt and pepper (I tried S/P because I didn't have any steak blend and it was pretty bland, needed lots of ketchup, so next time I'm going to try seasoning blend and see if that helps. If not, I'll have to take more steps to make it more zesty.)

Heat oven to high (really hot, I used 500 as it was my highest). Cut potatoes and spread out on a cookie sheet. Coat potatoes with extra virgin olive oil, dried herbs and steak seasoning. Spread potatoes to the corners of the cookie sheet. Cook potatoes in a very hot oven for 25 minutes. Turn potatoes once half way in the cooking process. Serve hot from oven.
