Chocolate Chip Muffins

Modified from Taste of Home

2 cups flour

1/2 cup sugar

1 tbsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla

1 egg

1 cup milk

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 pkg mini chocolate chips

Combine first four ingredients. Beat eggs, milk and oil separately. Stir into dry ingredients until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips.

Fill greased muffin pans (the 6 count ones). Bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes or until passes toothpick test. Cool.

Makes a dozen muffins.
