Pumpkin Pancakes

Modified from Betty Crocker

2 1/3 cups Bisquick

1/2 cup canned pumpkin

1 1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup vegetable oil

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

2 eggs

Stir all ingredients until well blended and then cook on griddle.

Serve with syrup. [they have a syrup they make...I just used regular.]

Serves 6.
