Shepherd's Pie

Modified from Taste of Home

1 1/2 lb ground meat (I use moose)

1 small onion, diced

1 green pepper, diced

2 ribs celery, minced (I use my own frozen)

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 packets of beef gravy (they used a can of gravy, which I didn't have)

2 cups water

1 pkg frozen mixed vegetables

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

salt and pepper

2 1/2 cups mashed potatoes

Preheat oven to 350. In a large skillet, cook beef, onion, pepper and celery over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. (Drain if you need to.) Meanwhile, put packets of gravy in water and bring to a boil (just follow the instructions).

Stir the gravy, vegetables, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper into meat mixture. Transfer to a greased baking dish. Spread potatoes over the top. Bake, uncovered, until heat through 25 - 30 minutes.
