Cheddar-Bacon Burgers

Modified from Simple & Delicious

1 cup (4 oz) cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup apple cider or juice

3 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

2 tsp Montreal steak seasoning

2 lbs lean ground beef (they used half pork sausage, I just used all hamburger)

6 hamburger buns

In large boil, combing first five ingredients. Mix in meat. Shape into 6 patties. Grill and serve on buns.

Makes 6 servings.
