Kung Pao Spaghetti

Modified from Delish


1 lb spaghetti

2 tbsp oil

1 lb chicken breasts, cubed

1-2 jalapenos, minced

½ small onion, diced

Pepper and salt

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp cornstarch

½ cup soy sauce

½ chicken broth

¼ cup sweet chili sauce

2 tbsp rice wine vinegar


In large bowl, cook pasta according to package directions.


Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat oil at medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook, stirring occasionally until cooked through. Remove from skillet.


Stir in garlic, onion and peppers and cook until softened. Stir in cornstarch until evenly incorporated. Add in soy sauce, chicken broth, sweet chili sauce and vinegar. Stir until combined. Simmer and until reduced slightly. Added cooked pasta and chicken and mix.


Serve.
